Chronic Migraine Treatment Trial

Novel Medication to Treat Migraine Attacks If so, you may qualify for a research study testing two FDA approved medications for the treatment of migraines.

To qualify you must:

  1. Be 18 years or older
  2. Have a history of chronic migraine for at least 6 months and are currently not taking any medications on a daily basis to prevent your migraines other than topiramate (Topamax)
  3. Be willing to take two daily medications for six months
  4. Be willing to keep daily 28-day headache diaries on four occasions during the study.

Clinical Trial of a skin patch for the treatment of migraine.

Headache Dr. Johnson is looking for volunteers between the ages of 18 and 65 who experience at least 2 migraine headache attacks per month, to participate in a medical research study. You will be provided with investigational skin patches to use at home for acute migraine attacks.
