Constance J. Johnson, M.D.
Neurologist

Subspecialty certification in Headache Medicine

Dr. Johnson, neurologist, author, lecturer, has 20 years experience in headache care. She earned her M.D. at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and trained in Neurology at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She served as an Associate Professor of Neurology at Johns Hopkins, where she conducted clinical research and developed a clinic for headache patients. Dr. Johnson is a Clinical Associate Professor on the Volunteer Faculty of Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee.

Dr. Johnson founded the Headache Care Center in Clarksville, Tennessee in March of 2000. She is committed to the advancement of knowledge in the field of headache and improvement of the life of headache patients. Dr. Johnson recently completed the "Headache and Facial Pain" chapter in the Princples of Ambulatory Medicine textbook.

Because of her commitment to providing the best in headache care to her patients, Dr. Johnson recently completed and passed the new certification examination in Headache Medicine. She is now one of only 105 doctors in the world with a subspecialty certification in Headache Medicine.

Deborah M. Williams, NP-C Deborah M. Williams, RN, MSN, APRN, CNRN

Deborah has a bachelor's degree in exercise science and a master's degree in health education. She received her master of science degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.

Her dedication to neurology has led her to become certified by the American Board of Neuroscience Nursing. She has also recently been invited to lecture at the National Nurse Practitioners meeting in April 2010. Congratulations, Deborah!

Donna Clardy
Administrative Assistant, Scheduler and Referral Coordinator

Donna joined our team in December of 2009 after completing a course of study leading to certification in Medical Office Procedures and Coding. Her training is invaluable and allowed her to start her position here "on the ground running"! Donna coordinates scheduling patients and makes appointments for our patients to have tests and consults with other physicians.

Ashley Young
Receptionist and Medical Records Manager

Ashley joined our team in January 2010. She has a bachelor's degree in communications and during her coursework interned for the Rachel Ray Show and Country Music Television! Her public relations experience is put to good use here in her daily interactions with patients. Ashley manages all medical records and retrieves laboratory and test results.
